knocking down trees

 After saying good bye to the Rembacz Family,

Us gals squeezed together for a quick picture

And then Grandpa decided to start knocking down trees and pulling old bushes from the front yard.

It was really neat to watch the tree fall. Grandpa cut it in a few places and used his car to pull it down safely.

Then Daddy and Grandpa tied the car to bushes to pull them from their deep roots.

Grandma says the bushes are dying and some are so over grown, it's time for front yard make over.

Daddy is going to use the logs from the tree for our bond fire. After the 4th of July, Grandma & Grandpa finished the make over. It was over 100 degrees when they starting pulling all this out. Yikes! Pictures of the new front yard will be posted later. Please stay tuned!
