Meet our Doula, Carol. She helped my Mommy relax and breath through her labor with me. I'm very thankful for her help or I would have been stuck for hours.
Carol came to visit us last week and gave me a present. She made me a blanket with my name on it and gave us pictures from the day I was born.

Sorry, didn't know what a doula was. Glad she was there to help Mommy.
